Privacy policy

We take the concerns of data protection very seriously and want to ensure that your privacy is protected when using our website and the goods and services offered there. We have therefore created a data protection declaration in which we would like to explain to you how we handle your data.

Automatic storage

When you request a file from the website, certain access data is stored by default.
This data set consists of:

  • the page from which the file was requested
  • the name of the file
  • the date and time of the request
  • the length of stay
  • the amount of data transferred
  • the access status (file transferred, file not found etc.)
  • a description of the type and version of the Internet browser used
  • the IP address of your computer
  • the installed operating system
  • the screen resolution and color depth

Beyond that, personal data is only stored if you provide us with it yourself, e.g. within the scope of a registration or to execute a contract. You will find further information on this under the heading "Voluntary submissions".

In some areas of our website, so-called “cookies” are used. They serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small information units which are stored on your computer and which your browser remembers. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". They are automatically deleted from your hard drive at the end of your visit ("session"). Other cookies remain on your computer so that we recognize your computer the next time you visit us and you do not have to fill out order forms again, for example.

We use the information contained in cookies to make it easier for you to use our website and to adjust the website to your needs. You can manage the acceptance of cookies from this site in your browser settings at any time and block them if necessary.

Voluntary entries

When you place an order, personal data is stored, in particular your name, your address, your e-mail address and, if applicable, your telephone number. In addition, payment information is stored when you place an order.

We use these data exclusively for internal order processing and, if necessary, pass them on to third parties for this purpose. Your data will be passed on to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, as far as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods (name, address, possibly telephone number to coordinate delivery dates). For the processing of payments we may pass on your payment data to our house bank. However, these third parties are obliged to treat the data received from us confidentially and to use it exclusively for the purpose of service and business processing on our behalf.

Your data will not be forwarded to other third parties or used for advertising purposes.

You can change your password in the customer login. To delete the customer login, simply send an informal e-mail to info@exner-online.com.

Security

We secure our website and other systems by technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification or distribution of your data by unauthorized persons. However, despite regular checks, complete protection against all dangers is not possible.

Information

You can revoke your data at any time, receive information or request the deletion of your data. Upon request, we will provide complete information about the data stored about you and your company at any time and free of charge. Simply send us a short message via our contact page or to the
e-mail info@exner-online.com.

If a deletion conflicts with legal or contractual obligations to retain data, we will block the data.

Use of Facebook Social Plugins

Our website uses social plugins ("plugins") of the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). The plugins can be recognized by one of the Facebook logos (white "f" on blue tile or a "thumbs up" sign) or are marked with the addition "Facebook Social Plugin". The list and appearance of the Facebook Social Plugins can be viewed here: http://developers.facebook.com/plugins

If you call up a website of our Internet presence that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection with the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Facebook directly to your browser, which integrates it into the website. We therefore have no influence on the extent of the data that Facebook collects with the help of this plugin and therefore inform you according to our state of knowledge: By integrating the plugin, Facebook receives the information that you have called up the corresponding page of our website. If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins, for example, by pressing the Like button or making a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted directly from your browser to Facebook and stored there. If you are not a member of Facebook, it is still possible for Facebook to find out and save your IP address. For the purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of data by Facebook, as well as your rights and settings options for protecting your privacy, please refer to the Facebook privacy policy: http://www.facebook.com/policy.php
